Returns can be made within a legal period of 14 days following receipt of the order and at your expense. You will have the possibility to exchange, to obtain a credit note or a refund (except discounted/discounted product/Petite Sa'Cha (creation to order), we  will proceed  only to a credit or  exchange )

In case of breakage to be deplored, it will be necessary to issue a reservation upon receipt of your package from the delivery person during the delivery of the package. You will need to send us photos of the package and the damaged products so that we can open a file. We will send you a return slip so that you can return the defective products to us and will proceed with the refund within 30 days of receipt. .

When you return, once it has been validated by email by Maison SaCha, remember to send us an email specifying the date of dispatch, the Colissimo tracking number and the product(s) you are returning to us and the reason.

Upon receipt of your return, an email will be sent to you confirming receipt of the latter.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition (neither worn nor washed) with their tags, carefully wrapped and protected. The return must be made by Colissimo Suivi.

Any product that is damaged, incomplete, or whose original packaging is damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged.

Due to limited stocks, we cannot commit to an exchange. However, if you want a new size or another color, all you have to do is place an order on the e-shop. In this case, the shipping costs will be refunded to you on simple request by e-mail.

Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of the items by Maison SaCha except for the shipping costs of the initial order and the cost of return.


The site accepts the following payment methods:

- By credit card: Payments are made online using the secure payment platform Paypal or Sumup. It is not mandatory to have a Paypal account to order. When you validate your basket ("checkout") you are redirected to a page, you can then select the payment method by credit card and fill in the usual fields concerning your card.

- By Paypal: You must have a Paypal account.

- By check or bank transfer: By sending an email to or via the contact form on the website indicating the name of the products and their quantity.

If you wish to receive an invoice, please request it as soon as you have paid for your order by sending an email to or via the contact form.

Delivery methods offered by Maison SaCha

We provide you with 3 delivery methods, which may vary depending on the characteristics of the products (fragility, weight, size).

Standard delivery by Colissimo 
A fast and secure delivery method. A link to the Colissimo site will allow you to follow the different stages of delivery of your package.
In case of absence,
  a transit advice note is left in your mailbox, indicating the nearest post office where to collect your package. You then have 15 consecutive days to recover it.  After this time, it will be automatically returned to us.
Delivery by Mondial Relay
A secure delivery method. A link to the Mondial Relay website will allow you to follow the different stages of delivery of your package.

A text or email will be sent to you by Mondial Relay to notify you of the receipt of your package in Mondial Relay

The delivery of the package is made against presentation of a  identity document in the Mondial Relay of your choice. 
However, if you find that the product is damaged, it should be mentioned imperatively upon receipt, otherwise the responsibility of the delivery person could not be engaged.

For the inhabitants of Pas de Calais
Our shop being located in Ardres (62), if you want to save shipping costs, you have the option of picking up your order in store. To do this, simply choose the withdrawal mode in store when ordering.
Your purchases must be collected within 10 days from the date of purchase.

You have a period of 7 days from the date of receipt of your purchase to return it to us.

Is a product missing from your order? The product has a defect?

In the event of an error attributable to the site (omission of a product, error in the order), we undertake to bear all the costs of returning the product. Subject to availability in stock, we will reship the item to you, taking the shipping costs at our expense.
